recommended filial to parents
Devote to both the main orders of Islam. Allah Ta'ala to repeat this
command in the Qur'an after his mentauhidkan command:
واعبدوا الله ولا تشركوا به شيئا وبالوالدين إحسانا وبذي القربى واليتامى والمساكين والجار ذي القربى والجار الجنب والصاحب بالجنب وابن السبيل وما ملكت أيمانكم إن الله لا يحب من كان مختالا فخورا
"Worship Allah and do not associate him with nothing. And do good to his two mother-father. "(An-Nisa [4]: 36)
.
On another verse Allah also Ta'alategaskan. "And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and let the mother do well with the best father" (Al-Isra` [17]: 23).
Of the two paragraphs above, we can understand that birrul walidain (devotion to the mother and father) is the main case. Filial to parents can be realized by having loved, loving, praying, devout and obedient, doing things that warms the heart and stay away from things that are not favored by them. This is what is meant by birrul walidain.
Due to devote to the mother and the father is the primary command, then the law is clear, berbaktinya a child to the parents is a right that God has given to mothers and fathers. So, whenever there is a child who does not devote to his mother and father, then baginyaadalah great sin, although the reason is not berbaktinya it because in order to be obedient to Allah Ta'ala.
One time someone came and said to the Prophet, "O Messenger of Allah, I wish to join the jihad, but I can not afford!" He asked, "Are your parents still alive?" The man replied, "My mother is still alive."
Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallammenjelaskan: "Meet God with filial to your parents (birrul walidain). If you do, operate with you on pilgrimage, berumrah and jihad. "(HR. Thabrani).
In another hadith mentioned, "Bersimpuhlah you in his legs (parents), there are heaven."
It may not Obedient In polytheism
Allaah and His Messenger only allow a child does not obey his parents, in terms of idolatry and disobedience. But the command is devoted to the father's mother remains in effect even if the parents in a state of idolaters. Even Allah Ta'ala provide obligatory provisions that do not obey the parents in terms of idolatry. However, devote to both, remains an obligation that can not be bargained.
وإن جاهداك على أن تشرك بي ما ليس لك به علم فلا تطعهما وصاحبهما في الدنيا معروفا واتبع سبيل من أناب إلي ثم إلي مرجعكم فأنبئكم بما كنتم تعملون
"And if they strive to associate me with something that you have no knowledge about it, then do not obey them and pergaulilah both in the world with the good." (Qur'an: Lukman [31]: 15).
A history says that the verse down related to the events experienced by a friend named Sa'ad bin Abi Waqashradhiyallahu 'anhu. When Sa'ad converted to Islam, her mother does not agree, even threatening to not eat not drink until Sa'ad relinquish his faith. The threat turned out to be completely done by the mother, until her health declined and was in critical condition.
At a critical time like that, Saad bin Abi Waqash radi 'anhuberkata softly to his mother, "Know, O Mother, for the sake of Allah, seandainyaIbu have a hundred lives and the lives it out one by one from your body, surely I will not leave this religion, even though what matter what happens. I will not bother with any threat Mother! "
Thus it can be understood as a whole that the devotion to the mother of the father is the primary obligation of a child after fulfilling its core responsibilities to Allah Ta'ala. A child should only be disobedient to parents when they are invited to idolatry and disobedience. However filial and do ma'ruf to both remains a liability.
The virtue Devoted To Parents
Bukhari and Muslim narrated, Abdullah bin Mas'ud radi 'anhupernahbertanya the Messenger about what conduct is most favored by God.
He said, "Dedicated to the father's mother."
Then he asked, "Then let alone O Messenger of Allah."
He replied, "Fight in the way of Allah."
That is, who devote to the parents as well as possible, then obviously heaven in front of him. Why not?
Look, this hadith shows filial to parents more than the principal value FII sabilillah jihad (jihad / fight in the way of Allah). While we know, jihad fii sabilillahadalah shortcut to His heaven. Then of course filial to parents will reap the rewards of heaven better.
Keep in mind also, glory to the righteous to his parents not only given in the Hereafter, but it has also been revealed since the world. This can be seen from the story of Uwais Al-Qarni, a Muslim from Yemen were very obedient and dutiful to his mother.
Uwais had never met the Prophet, but because so berbaktinya him to his parents, so that God loves him, and the love of glory Uwais reached the ears of the Prophet. But one day Umar radi 'anhu recalled that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam said, "It has come to this country Uwais Al-Qarni, from the village or tribe Murad and Qaran. Initially he was diseased striped, and then cured. He is very loving and devoted to his mother. If swearing and praying to God is granted. If you want, ask him, so that he ask forgiveness for you. "(HR. Muslim).
Imagine, friends classmates Umar was given the suggestion to glorify a Uwais Al-Qarni. A Muslim who had never met him and never once fell into the field of jihad. However, this is an evidence that anyone who truly filial to his parents, dignity is proper clothing bears.
Logically, may we not mentioned by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam as Uwais has been mentioned in front of the main allies because the Prophet has left this mortal life. However, it is not impossible Allaah will record anyone who is devoted to her parents as a proud Muslim in the presence of His angels, God willing.
Thus it is wonderful reply or the virtue of filial to both parents. Unfortunately, many people who miss it. In fact, there is the pleasure of Allah Ta'ala pleasure of mother and father. "God's pleasure as / in the pleasure of the father's mother, and his wrath along with / in the father's mother's anger." (HR. Turmudzi).
So, berbaktilah to parents as well as possible. Undoubtedly the pleasure of Allah Ta'ala is the main reply. At the very least, do not ever forget to pray for both of them when we pray (Qur'an, 17: 24) .Wallahua'lam. * / Imam Nawawi, taken from al-Qalam
